Submit your abstract for EPAF:

Your Extension Professionals Association of Florida (EPAF) Abstracts Committee invites you to share your programmatic successes and ideas at the Annual EPAF meeting being held August 11-14, 2008, in Orlando.  If your abstract is selected, you will be invited to present to an EPAF Association during the abstract sessions.  Guidelines for submitting an abstract.

We will be using Sharepoint software to upload abstracts for review (instead of emailing).  Please prepare your abstracts as usual and then post them to the EPAF website:  http://myextension.ifas.ufl.edu/epaf   Abstracts should be posted by Friday, May 23, 2008 at midnight.   Final selection of abstracts will be made by Association Abstract committees in late June.  If you have any questions about the submittal process, feel free to contact Carrie Stevenson at ctsteven@ufl.edu  or Andrew Diller at apdiller@ufl.edu

Once on the home page, go to “EPAF Abstracts”, click “add new document”, then use the browser to upload your abstract. Hit the OK button and when the approval page comes up, choose “Check In”.  Your abstract will be visible to only you and the Abstracts selection committee until the final presenters are chosen.

If you have any questions about this process, please contact Carrie Stevenson at ctsteven@ufl.edu
